Congrats on the top ten! I've never seen locks used this way before.

I had this higher, your composition and point of focus was perfect. Not much you can do about the grey day. I liked this practice the first time I saw it - so much better than spray painted graffiti.

Terrific shot. We ran across this practice of commemorating your relationship when we were in Northern Europe, and I thought it was a great idea. Switching to B&W was a good idea, but I think you could have used just a bit more contrast.

I like your approach of having the background in focus, and the locks less sharp

Very good photo - I've never seen engraved locks before.

Good choice of B+W and on theme.

Very nice concept and composition, though I'd prefer sharper focus on the closest lock. Well done, nevertheless! Where is this?

The black and white suits a very well composed photo as well as a pretty scene.

A very unique photo but it is not completely focused. Great job!

you made the right decision as the locks would be to overpowering.
three of our local bridges have had the locks removed. the melted brass has been used in a homeless charity

Interesting bridge but the composition could be better.

Very good composition -- the padlocks on the bridge are intriguing and make you wonder what the story is behind them.

glad you used B&W. different colors of locks and washed out sky wouldn't have had as great of a result. Nice!
