I suspect that this was taken out of a window. The right third of the photo is muddy which is probably caused by a reflection on the glass. If possible its best to rest the lens against the glass. This reduces the amount of reflections that can creep in and helps you steady the camera. If you choose a high iso like this (or if your camera selects it for you) you have to realise you are going to get a lot of grain, especially in low light conditions. Some of this can be removed by post processing. However you have also used a creative filter and I expect this has increased the grain a lot resulting in the dark blotches in the sky which are very unattractive.

I can see why you took this shot. The white building backed by a beautiful strip of pink sky and balanced by the light patterns in the foreground. It should have turned out a lot better but a host of factors combined to spoil the final image.

Night shots are so difficult to nail down and often take several attempts at different F stops and ISO's to hit it just right. Here the ISO has caused a lot of graininess. I can see why you wanted to capture this scene - absolutely beautiful.

skyscape a good title but lost in the photograph
a crop of halfway down the dark sky and a big crop to top of the bright yellow slash and you would have had a panorama

The high ISO has caused much noise to the sky. Sharpness is not so good in spite of the small aperture. Did you use a tripod? ?

Star-filtered lights would fit the theme well. Needs better composition, sharper focus - was it shot through a window?

Interesting choice. The subject looks a little blurred like the camera is struggling to capture the low light image.

don't use iso3200 in this "camera" ...or show others such pics only in your mobile phone screen

Nicely done. Well exposed to get details in the foreground as well as the impressive sky.
