Thanks to all of you for your kind comments and appreciation. I went to this spot on three occassions to try to shoot it with good lighting and no cars parked at the end of the bridge. (I finally ended up cloning out a car!)

One of the most appealing bridge pics of the challenge, really nice pattern of light and shadows. Well exposed too, nice we can see the end of the tunnel :-)
TT for me, good luck!

I feel guilty about likeing this but my love of symmetry gets to me every time. You've also handled a difficult exposure very well. Wll in in my TT

The Bridges of Madison County movie certainly popularized the covered bridges in existence.
This one is a little different as the lattice work sides certainly let in the light and make it a less foreboding a structure.
Everything leads the eye to the end of the tunnel which is a little overblown and could have been toned down a bit in Photoshop.
Nice composition and shooting angle.
Top Ten.

Great draw into this passage, with great lines, light and texture!

Great patterns. Like it. A thought that occurred to me is what would it be like with the camera close to the ground and then all you would have at the end is green.

What a grea bridge! It is almost like an optical illusion. I like it.
