This could be easily a classic winter postcard, so nicely attractive in shapes thanks to the fence, that also adds a beautiful frame with the trees to the central snowy space; peaceful and cold all around... great pic for the theme, congrats!!! :-)

The spider web ornamental fence adds a enchantment to a great outdoors scene. Very nice composition.

In 1904 the estate, about 30km north of Helsinki, was bought by Konstantin Kapitanowitsch Uschkoff, a rich man from Moscow. He let to build this gate and it is said to have included two golden spiders adorned with rubies. More about the estate you find here: http://www.lottamuseo.com/eng/index.html

O.k. I really dislike the spider web motif on the otherwise beautifully sculpted gate but otherwise, I really like the composition, subject, lighting. You have made the best of what you could from this perspective. TT.

I like this snow picture as the snow is new and not touched by the human hand. The gates invite you to go forward and explore.
