Apr 17, 2012		     The painting are very attractive and I suspect they might lighten the mood of many who pass through the tunnel. Art and good design can make a place so much easier to live in.

Apr 17, 2012		     Thanks for the comments. This underpass is near Kerava railway station. Those paintings are made by a Finnish artist Alpo Jaakola.

Apr 16, 2012		     Interesting scene with the juncture of the curved and straight lines, the two silhouttes also add a sense of purpose and human scale, nicely done and a tt.

Apr 16, 2012		     Nice effect - I find my eye drawn right into the tunnel and out the other side. Beautiful architectural design, so much better than the drab concrete ones we have.

Apr 16, 2012		     I think the message of the photo is lost here. It is not clear that this is an underpass and the perspective does not add interest. A worthy attempt. Good luck in the voting though.

Apr 13, 2012		     Much cleaner subways than around where I live. Spaces like this are hard to capture. I wonder if a b&W treatment would work here.
