Jan 14, 2013		     Congrats on a great capture and a fine finish. The colours, subjects, framing and composition make this worthy of its high finish despite some technical challenges - for me the massed block which hides part of the right-most girl is not a problem but grounds the sujbects and balances against the mass of wall behind them and together they give this shot all its power. Crop tighter and you lose all of that.

Jan 13, 2013		     It was a cold winter morning in a remote village near Hubli. Obviously, these children were new to someone taking shots of them, and hence the constant stare as long as I was there - the dog didn't seem to mind it though! They were sitting in a half-shade, half-bright area, so I couldn't do much to avoid the harsh sun. Leave the technicalities aside, I was more admiring the innocent togetherness of these children at the dog going about their work basking in the warmth of the bright sun on a chill day. And thought I should share.

This is an incredibly beautiful and natural photographic image, and one which I would seriously consider worthy of a book of fine photography. I don't often say this but I would like to see this in a larger format professionally rendered as a full sized photographic "plate".

Purely on a gut response, my number 1!

Jan 11, 2013		     An excellent heart warming photo.. Despite some highlight clipping in left side sunlight, the colors and temperature brings life to photo. The slightly scared look of children with holy ash and saffron is beautiful. The street dog combined in the study shows the love ,tolerance and blending with nature which are very nature of sacred India.

Jan 11, 2013		     Lovely scene well composed and caught,the door adds a lot, and just a pity that the left side is washed out a bit.
