Mrsawyer: this was taken with my G1 using an adapter to mount a 300mm Sony lens, i have opened all the diafragm manually f4.5 that´s why it not appers in the exif .

    Lovely colors and framing. You should have cut the utility lines! What f-stop was used here? I am curious about the DOF.

    I really like your comp here! I think if you had darkended this a tish it might have really nailed it.. Also the foreground is a little out of focus. My opinion is I prefer to see sharper forground leading back to softer backgrouds. Just MY opinion. but over all nicely done.

    like the tunnel effect with the bright colours bring shape to the picture . I don't like the green barrel as it distracts and draws the eye.

    was trying to imagine where this is with all the leaves. thinking it may be here in florida as fall and spring seem to overlap for different plants. looks like sycamore trees that made a mess of our parking lot recently.
i like the shot. the green in the center looks a bit high in the composition. you could crouch down for a lower pov and still get the whole potted tree on the left.
overall, very attractive capture.
