May 6, 2013		     Interesting and kind of perfect picture. But I don't like the way you presented your subject. It is like a clean picture from a museum catalogue. (What is it? A root? Bark? The head looks like a Koala Bear.)

May 4, 2013		     Thanks for the comments. It is a fungus growing on a birch trunk. I think I`ll show the original picture in the outtakes.

May 3, 2013		     You've really presented this object well and you've done a fine job on the technicals, but I don't have a clue what it is and feel it is more a photo of an abstract object than an abstract photograph.

May 2, 2013		     A bit of a Dali Surrealist feel to it. For me the object looks too heavy to float. I am sorry to say the cropping is a bit too obvious. I am sure it took a long time to do. The surface detail is beautiful. I would like to see an image of the detail only.
