    That doll definitely has seen better days, amazing still have it, 60+ years. Its kind of scary looking,lol.

    Good idea here but for some reason the chopped off head in the foreground is unsettling. I used to repair dolls like this with strong elastics and a knitting needle - good memories!

    Absolutely fascinating! Reminds me of the doll parts they always sell on flea markets. And wonderfully captured. Great composition. In my favorites!

    Little more DOF (presume you used tripod?) and altered light (left side of head seems blown).

But, since I like the "story"... sometimes, despite entropy, we still are able to smile... high score from me.

    in a previous life I sold children's toys and dolls like this have been replaced with soft plastic.
this one would have metal hooks and elastic bands holding the thing together.
the sad looking eyes make this picture and the use of a cloth background is well done

    Very disturbing image. Well photographed, but for me it evokes emotions unrelated to childhood memories.
