    There's a lot going on here, but the stationary parts are crisp and the photo does show what long exposures can achieve. It was a good choice to convert to B&W.

    Beautifully done. People skating at different speeds really works well. I like the city scape in the BG too.

    A successful composition with good movement. The black and white helps keep the viewers eye on the movement.

    i like your processing on this. i had hoped to capture a crowd scene at a local art fair but my favorite 'stay still... don't move' person was not cooperative. what i was hoping to do, and just a suggestion to you, was to have a subject person who remained motionless as the others moved about. sort of like the man in your shot at the pavilion wall. except he is too far away to be the subject. just my thoughts.
overall, a great one second shot.
