#248 Framing
Created by Phil99
Hosted by Lo
If we pay attention, we can find frames all around us, such as trees, windows, doorways, columns, holes, rails or fence posts...etc. By positioning our subject within these frames, we help to isolate the main subject from the outside world. The result is a more focused composition which draws the eye to the main point of interest.

The concept of framing is an important technique in the art of photography, and we have revisited it a few times going back to 2005.
