Bill, I'm pleased this did well but not as well as I ranked it! I think you are right in interpreting art; as you may recall from some of my past comments, a simple recording of another artist's work without interpretation is akin to base copying. This is representative of how I feel art objects should be presented; so much more than mere recording.
Congratulations!

A very interesting effect - It must have been a challenge to photograph it - well done

Thanks Rafi. Hope you did not get too 'dizzified'.

Hmm, a mind bender. Makes you wonder what is happening to your perceptions. Well done to see the possibilities here. Like it.

Thanks to both of you. To Jade, one of the things that I do a lot of is interpreting other people's art. If you Google this item, I think you will see that my rendering has nothing to do with the original. It's very much like photographing a building, or a mountain, or even a person. You can't claim authorship, but the photographer's eye interprets the underlying reality--sometimes successfully, sometimes not.

Normally I reject images which are captures of others' art but here you have, I think, brought a photographer's eye to craft a unique capture. Either way, it is so well taken, it is probably going to be my No. 1 or No. 2 pick.

another first glance needing to see again. At first thought a load of cryistal balls added together with a black backing.
in the top 5 for seeing the other side.
