Post-Processing:
Global adjustments to standard exposure and tone parameters to taste from raw. Noise reduction. A few local tone parameter adjustments. No multiple exposure, no sky replacement, no bracketing, nothing like that.
Extra Info:
No multiple exposures or photoshop tricks -- just a huge 'moon'.

If I ever see a moon that big I'm leaving town :-) In my picks.

A striking image, and certainly an unusual view of a common subject. The data says 28mm lens; I assume that either that's incorrect, or there was some sort of teleconverter or supplementary lens involved (?).

I'm glad you added the extra info, as I would have assumed this was enhanced in Photoshop. That moon looks huge. Great shot.

I guess, it is not really the moon.

I know this is an impossible image of the moon, so I Googled "huge moon" and found it!! Clever.

wow! You'll have to tell me how you got that perfect exposure of the moon and yet did not underexpose the bldg. This is "our moon" taken on "our earth", right? ;-)

I can't get my head around this. I hope you supply some more information as to how you got it. I would have thought that you would have had to zoom in on distant trees and buildings but 28mm is not a long lens. It is a phenomenal image worthy of a sci-fi book cover.

mrsawyer: The ‘moon’ is a huge, exact replica of the real Moon. It’s a traveling art installation by a UK artist. https://my-moon.org/about/
It was suspended in a public space in downtown. I shot from an angle that placed it above the buildings like a rising moon. Durham, NC, once the home of the Bull Durham Tobacco Company, is known as the Bull City, hence 'Bull Moon Rising’.

Ok, I'll bite... How was this done? The moon and trees are great. The building a bit hazy.
