Jun 8, 2020		     It's really hard to give a sense of height. The focus seems to be more on the house than on the dam.

Jun 7, 2020		     Good high angle and good leading lines but the composition could be improved. I would crop down from top to include only the small building near the dam and then crop the sides to get back to a standard aspect ratio.

Jun 7, 2020		     I might have titled this Dam! A compelling viewpoint nicely framed. The only negative is a lack of focal point. My eye jumps from the bottom on the dam to the house to the stair and back and around and around again and again. That part is I assume unintentionally disorienting. Still my top ten.

but no we have a great pint which would have me shaking with vertigo

I like the division of space in the picture - though maybe cropping a quarter off the top might help - the little building would then be the sole focus, rather than competing with the other structure and foliage
