I'm with Steve on this one. My top pick. It really needs to be framed.

I love this image. It was my first place vote. I like the patterns and repetition, the abstractness and graphicness, the simplicity and contrast of pure black and white, the contrasting shapes, the contrasting regularity of the chicken wire with the irregularity of the wooden fence top and the perfect balance between the light and dark areas of the image.

A very minimalist look at negative space. Well photographed and well spotted.

What a unique looking fence. Well spotted and great choice for the challenge.

A striking image -- good eye to spot it. Makes me think of a graph, though the ones for my stock portfolio too often have shorter bars on the right-hand end.

@johncomyn and Jade O. I probably should have explained this fence a little better. I haven't combined anything, and I couldn't have had the chicken wire on this side of the slats because it isn't. This is a backyard fence, made of dual layers - wooden slats and chicken wire. The wooden structure is more than seven feet high and the chicken wire much, much higher. This is just a portion and I've begun above the top rail. The ground I stood on is quite slopy and my camera was aimed upwards. If you look straight through you see house and garden, not bare sky. Kids have a basketball hoop in that yard and the original owners had a tennis court so the high fence is designed to keep balls inside.

Very cool, like how you incorporated the chicken wire into your image.

I like the inventive quality - if you copied someone's idea I have not seen this before. It might have helped if the wire were visible on this side of the slats but may have distracted from the pattern.

Interesting. I like the contrasting shapes of the two fences.

Instantly reminds me of a bar graph (probably because I'm an engineer). Very clean and simple and effective.
