These trees are Australian gum trees. The bark is silvery grey which I presume reflected some blue from the clear blue sky. However when I used the 'landscape profile' in ACR it enhances blues and greens. I probably should have toned down the blue a bit but I liked it so left it as it was. Thanks for your comments and votes.

I have to guess that the blue is sky? Very impressionist. I like it.

    Makes for an attractive abstract.

What a lovely, soft abstract. It's hard to imagine the trees that cast this reflection.

    Impressionistic and abstract. Very nice.

Very nice, but where did you find all the blue trees? Like how the two brightest white ones form a sort of "parentheses" on the two sides of the scene.

This is very lovely! The colour palette is beautiful and the arrangement of the reflected trunks looks 'just right'.

I love the colours: strong blues and greens

Your entry is quite intriguing and attractive. Please tell what type of trees cast a blue reflection. Very curious???

i would call this an abstract reflection as the reflected objects are not visible. and the viewer would not have been able to identify trees without the title
meets the reflected challenge
