Post-Processing:
Crop. Adjust white balance, exposure, contrast. Slight vignette. Resize. Sharpen.
Extra Info:
Few pigeons here, but lots of gulls and pelicans. The location was named for the wreck of the ship Carrier Pigeon here in 1853, and the lighthouse was added in 1871. As the tower is now in serious disrepair, there's been a campaign for some years to raise funds to restore it. Hope they succeed before the next earthquake finishes it completely.

Wonderful image. Excellent use of leading lines to the light house. Well composed and exposed. Perfect for the theme.

The rocks in the foreground really lead my eye around to the lighthouse and the buildings beyond. The lighting and detail are beautiful.

Well composed. Great example of leading lines with an interesting subject to land on.

I drove by this place last year but didn't know what it was called or its history. And I didn't find a great viewpoint like you did heree. The "leading line" isn't too obvious here but a beautiful shot regardless.

a delightful entry with this endangered lighthouse. many time when sailing in the Bristol channel we are blessed with many lighthouses keeping us safe from the hazardous coast especially in sea mist and fog
