A grabbed shot from the safari vehicle with indifferent suspension. Canon EOS 60D with a Tamron 18-270 lens, IS enabled.
I had made a concious decision to leave the bush. I wish there had been less breeze as I would have preferred the reflection in water.

First Impression - 4/5
Lighting/Color - 4/5
A fine capture. More space in front of the animal would probably improve the composition.

Neat animal and lucky you were ready for it.

You are so fortunate to be able to capture beauty like this. I would like to see a crop on the left side to reduce the amount of shrubbery and focus more on the antelope.

A solid composition with good colour contrast between the subject and background. Was it a very long zoom? or is there a tiny bit of camera shake?

a very good result with a long telephoto lens.

I realize that you are limited by the scenario but it's unfortunate that it was not facing the other way. Stern views of animals seldom work well. Love the beautiful colour of the Antelope and the off background.
